Aim: The delegate will explore the essential skills of successful meetings and how to ensure they are necessary and get the most from them.

By the end of this module the delegate can:

• Identify the different kinds of meeting
• State how to plan and prepare for a successful meeting
• State how to engage everyone in the meeting
• Explain the component parts and follow up of a successful meeting
