Aim: The delegate will learn how to distinguish different personality types and choose the best communication method for each.

By the end of this module the delegate can:

• Be able to understand the theory of personality types
• Understand and explain how different personality types will react to situations
• Describe how to learn to read people
• Explain how to align and adjust to people
